The CCPN screening program is a resource for partnering clinics to assist in providing access to colorectal cancer screenings for medically underserved individuals in South Carolina. The screening program offers colorectal screening for average risk patients. To ensure compliance to follow-up care, the screening program provides a follow-up colonoscopy at no cost to qualified patient when their FIT test is positive. Together we can reduce late stage diagnosis by increasing colorectal cancer screenings in our state.

Our CCPN patient navigators are a vital part to the screening program. They provide patients with information and support to achieve successful colorectal cancer screening. Navigators are accessible to patients throughout the screening process to provide ongoing support and address fears, barriers, and concerns. Navigators create a trusted environment for patients which contributes to screening compliance.
